Hi, I’m Kerenhap — an Allied Health Professional with a passion for Dialysis Technology, Patient Care, and Teaching the next generation of Healthcare Professionals.
Over the past few years, I’ve worn many hats — from working hands-on with Hemodialysis and CRRT patients in hospital settings, to stepping into academia as an Assistant Professor guiding student research and building curriculum modules. Along the way, I’ve authored two textbooks in Dialysis Technology, spoken at international conferences, and organized community health programs on everything from hypertension awareness to transgender rights in healthcare.
What drives me?
The belief that bridging research, education, and patient care creates a stronger, more compassionate healthcare system. I thrive on collaboration — whether with students, clinicians, or researchers — and I love turning knowledge into action that makes a real impact. When I’m not in the classroom or clinic, you’ll probably find me writing (yes, I’ve co-authored 11 storybooks too!), mentoring students, or brainstorming new ways to make healthcare education more accessible and engaging.
